4. Fees, acceptable use, and IP rights

Fees, if any, are shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the maximum extent allowed under United States law, the Services are offered on an as-is basis without any warranties. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages and, where allowed, limit total liability to the greater of 87 € or the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

You agree to cover us for claims resulting from your use of the Services or any breach of these Terms. We may pause or end your access for a breach, risk concerns, or legal reasons. The provisions on liability limits, indemnity, and disputes will continue to apply after termination.
